STEP 1 – Situation analysis

How do you reach your target audience? Advertising, Public relations, social media, direct marketing, local or national, online or offline. There are many ways to reach a customer but not all of them will be effective. To find your ideal marketing mix you have to know which media or marketing channel your target audience engages with the most.

STEP 5 – Marketing budget

You will need to devote a specific budget to your marketing. Even though when you start a business and it’s hard to put resources aside, bear in mind that marketing is key to your success. There are so many marketing tactics available for reaching out your prospects that even the tightest budget can manage a good marketing strategy!
